Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting the buildout of our Workday Prism and Accounting Center platform in support of organizational priorities and use-cases. Works with technology areas, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and then lead the system development, documentation, testing, and post-production support for large and complex system integrations. Oversees the research of complex system issues and coordinates their resolution. Researches and evaluates business system application developments and technologies that are relevant to the business and future business strategy.
Position Compensation Range:
$88,000.00 - $145,000.00Pay Rate Type:
Salary Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities- Conducts advanced data analysis and development and manages enterprise-scale databases and integrations. Problem solves with data from associated systems.
- Queries large databases/source systems to identify defects, and problem-solves to resolve issues.
- Engages with technology areas and represents the business-on-business issues and requirements for large and complex system projects.
- Partners with stakeholders to understand needs, analyze business requirements, perform data analysis, assist in change management, training and testing efforts.
- Interprets business rules and functional requirements and data definitions.
- Collaborates to resolve inconsistencies and inadequacies in requirements.
- Partners with technology areas to develop user acceptance testing and quality assurance test scenarios and cases working to ensure data delivery meets business requirements. Collaborates with stakeholders to produce and maintain accurate test documentation. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Intermediate accounting knowledge.
- Insurance data-management experience.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Demonstrated experience developing relationships with internal and external partners.
- Knowledge of business systems and how to apply them to leverage efficiencies in a business environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools.
- Knowledge and understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC).
