  • The Athletics IT Service Desk
  • is seeking motivated students to join our team in providing frontline technical support to Auburn University's athletics community! This role offers hands-on experience supporting a wide range of IT services for staff, student-athletes and coaches.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Support for Auburn Information Technology resources including Configuration of laptops, tablets, and cell phones for campus wireless and email systems, accounts, email, printing services, and other IT services.
+ Assistance with Duo 2Factor registration, reactivation, and removal. + Monitor the athletics Service Now system and respond to tickets and other requests accordingly. + Limited Football Game Day IT support that includes data network, wireless network set up monitoring, troubleshooting, etc. + Ability to work independently. _

  • Enrolled student at Auburn University
  • Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • + Strong communication skills.
+ Basic knowledge of IT resources and services. + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. + Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Must understand that the student is responsible for working the hours that they are scheduled or will ensure that their hours are covered if they are unable to work a scheduled shift.
