Job Description

The Student Intern for the office of Informational Technology (IT) will assist the IT team in providing support for the students, staff, and faculty at Faulkner University. This position allows for students to have hands-on experience in computer systems and software applications while supporting the Faulkner University community.

Responsibilities:

Assist with technology setup and maintenance Install updates as needed Maintain equipment Troubleshoot technological troubles and answer basic technical questions of all students, staff, and faculty

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Word and Excel, required Excellent communication skills, required Can lift at least ten (10) lbs, required Punctual, required CS or MIS Major, preferred Previous computer experience, preferred Desire to improve in IT skills, preferred
