Job Description
Description The Data Center Operations (DCO) team is responsible for deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting the IT hardware used in Amazon's data centers. Key job responsibilities Server Repair
- Troubleshooting hardware failures, identifying root causes, and repairing or replacing failing components High Impact Event Response
- Responding to network failures (e.g., link outages, rackdowns), and high-priority hardware repairs Basic Qualifications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- 1+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
