We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Medical Field Technician to travel to healthcare facilities, clinics, and patient homes to apply and educate patients on the use of cardiac telemetry and our heart monitoring device. This role combines technical skills, patient interaction, and extensive local, or regional, travel to support continuous cardiac monitoring. Responsibilities Traveling to assigned locations including but not limited to hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices, outpatient clinics, and patient residences. Applying and setting up telemetry monitoring on patients according to company protocols. Educating patients and caregivers on proper usage, maintenance, and return procedures. Verifying device functionality and data transmission prior to leaving the appointment site. Ensuring HIPPA compliance. Professional communication with in house team, physicians, and physicians' team. Mantaining inventory of equipment and supplies. Requirements High school Diploma equivalent or higher. Strong Communication Skills Valid Driver's License Personal and reliable transportation Ability to carry at least 50 pounds Basic computer proficiency Work Environment Work Environment Frequent local/regional travel Different medical setting such as physicians office or hospitals Key Skills Patient care and bedside manner Medical device setup Time management and route planning Attention to detail HIPAA compliance Documentation and reporting Communication and customer service
