Certification Technician II Integra Testing Services Santa Clara, CA Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description About the Job As a Certification Technician II , you will independently test and certify HEPA-filtered equipment such as biological safety cabinets, chemical fume hoods, and cleanroom environments at customer sites. In this role, you may also lead cleanroom certification projects and support other technicians onsite while ensuring compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction. What You Will Be Doing Perform certification and testing of HEPA-filtered devices and cleanrooms at customer sites Lead cleanroom certification projects and guide technicians onsite when needed Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate equipment using specialized tools and testing equipment Record and upload testing data accurately using company systems Follow all company and customer safety procedures and facility protocols Communicate service updates with dispatch, technicians, and management Maintain personal tools and testing equipment inventory Identify and communicate potential service or business opportunities What We Are Looking For High School diploma or GED required 1-2 years of customer-facing experience preferred Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to travel domestically up to 60% Must have served as a Certification Technician I for at least 9 months What You Will Need for Success Strong safety mindset and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Technical aptitude with troubleshooting ability Comfort using computers and Windows-based software Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you don't meet every qualification but feel you'd be a great fit, we encourage you to apply or share this opportunity with your network.
