Job Description

Job Responsibilities Qualifications:
Four (4) plus years of experience on supporting and managing network infrastructure and network related devices or experience as agreed with Company. Experienced in racking, stacking, cabling and decommissioning of network hardware devices. Experienced in Site Services support for network device maintenance and support (console/remote) IT/Telecoms experience with but not limited to routing, switching, firewalls, WiFi, IP Telephony ("IPT"), and Radio Frequency ("RF") equipment (as required) such as microwave radios, cellular nodes, and very-small-aperture terminal ("VSATs").
Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve ServiceNow incident tickets and technical support requests. Perform cable patching, power installation, equipment installation, removal, and replacement. Identify and tag network circuits, switch ports, demarc locations, and perform basic network troubleshooting. Troubleshoot hardware, power, connectivity, DNS, and network issues using ping, visual checks, and console diagnostics. Perform IMAC activities for LAN, voice, IP telephony, and end-user devices. Provide Smart Hands support for fiber/copper cabling, Wi-Fi, BLE, microwave, radio, VSAT, cellular, and other telecom systems. Support CCTV, intercom, alarm, and specialty telecom systems at remote/offshore locations. Monitor communication room environmental and infrastructure issues and report failures or risks. Follow change management, security, safety, audit, business continuity, and disaster recovery procedures. Coordinate with IT Service Desk, IT Operations, Network/Engineering teams, telecom providers, and vendors to restore services. Support IT/Telecom projects, migrations, acquisitions, and infrastructure activities as required. Participate in incident reviews, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and post-incident activities. #
NOBLE Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
