Job Description
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years' experience in supporting business related applications on IPad, IPhone and laptops and other mobile devices.
- Hardware repair of Laptops(HP & Lenovo)
- Strong Experience on Office 365 application troubleshooting and licensing model
- Imaging of laptops to the standard image available.
- Setting up equipment as per Boston Scientific policy.
- Advanced OS/software troubleshooting that cannot be resolved over the phone.
- Knowledge to troubleshoot VPN issues related to ZScaler on desktops and Laptops.
- Provide superior customer service to all fellow employees.
- Demonstrate good social skills in a professional environment.
- Repair computers and end point technologies in a timely manner.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload to ensure high-priority projects/assignments are completed first.
- Assist other IT teams as needed.
- Setup and install new equipment throughout the office(s), move existing equipment when necessary.
- Troubleshoot, Install and uninstall software(s) when necessary.
- Install/Set-up workstations for new employees.
- Keeps server room, storerooms and work area in an orderly manner.
- Enter data into systems to store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of capabilities and requirements for processes and systems.
- Work between sites in the area.
- Flexibility around new systems, processes, and responsibilities.
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:
- Technical bend of mind to drill down to the root cause of the issue and fix it permanently.
- ITIL certification would be preferred.
- The IT End User Technician II must have at least an associate degree or equivalent work experience, with at least five-year experience in Information Technologies.
