Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive MAC Support Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Tanium, JAMF, and enterprise-level MAC environments. The MAC Support Technician will be responsible for managing and supporting our fleet of Apple devices, ensuring their optimal performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for MAC users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.

Manage and deploy MAC devices using JAMF Pro, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Utilize Tanium for endpoint management, security, and compliance monitoring.

Maintain and optimize enterprise MAC environments, ensuring seamless integration and operation.

Perform routine updates, patch management, and system maintenance to ensure the reliability and security of MAC devices.

Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement policies and procedures for MAC management.

Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users on MAC functionalities and best practices.

Document support activities, configurations, and procedures accurately.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in MAC support and management.
