Poll Pad Technicians are responsible for assisting with the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and breakdown of electronic poll pads used at polling locations. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced election environment. #INDGA Essential Duties & Responsibilities Set up and prepare electronic poll pads and related equipment at assigned polling locations. Assist poll workers with the proper use and operation of poll pad equipment. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide on-site technical support. Ensure poll pads are functioning properly throughout the voting process. Assist with connectivity, equipment, and voter check-in issues. Follow all Fulton County Elections procedures, policies, and security requirements. Maintain the confidentiality and security of election equipment and voter information. Complete required documentation, equipment checks, and closing procedures. Report technical issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate election supervisor. Work collaboratively with poll workers, election officials, and other election staff. Perform other election-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Must be a current Fulton County, Georgia resident. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic computer and technology skills.
