What You Get To Do This role will provide entry level help desk and tech support for a Windows based environment. Responsible for basic computer setup and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams Some basic knowledge of networking, including Wi-Fi, is plus. Set up computers for new hires and other employees and help them with basic tasks such as setting up printers, and software Help users with Android and iPhone setup and troubleshooting. Occasionally running data cables, such as Cat6. What You Have Basic Windows administration Ability to troubleshoot technical problems Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn new software, and
