This full-time dayshift role (7am-3pm) requires availability for after-hours incidents and stepping in as the primary contact when leadership is unavailable. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance across the department. Serve as the go-to expert for team questions, incidents, and escalations, including on-call support outside regular hours. Lead tasks, train junior techs, and act as backup supervisor during absences. Ensure smooth operations for upcoming site expansions and adapt to schedule changes. Qualifications 2+ years in operations or technical support roles, preferably in data centers or facilities. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work dayshift with flexible on-call availability. Technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, ITIL) a plus; high school diploma required, associates preferred.
