Contract What is the role doing? Tech Bar Customer Engineer. Providing in-person, concierge-style tech support. Technician will serve as the immediate, first-line point of contact, balancing hands-on hardware repairs, software troubleshooting, and customer service in a fast-paced corporate environment. Asset / inventory Management, Ticket Management, Excellent Customer Experience, Project work as needed Additional duties as needed such as: IMAC support, familiar with ITIL, ITSM, ServiceNow, Dell and HP Laptops/Workstations repair/software support), etc... What is the technical environment, & minimum (technical) skills/experience needed? Windows, Dell / HP PC's, WIN10 and WIN 11 What are the nice to have skills/experience? A+, Great customer service skills Does the resource need experience of working in any particular sector?
