Responsibilities Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, ensuring swift resolution of hardware and software issues. Support and maintain computer networking infrastructure, including LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, and switches to ensure reliable connectivity. Assist with Active Directory management tasks such as user account creation, permissions management, and group policy implementation to uphold security standards.
