Job Description
•Job Summary and Responsibilities
•As a Neurodiagnostic Tech, you'll perform specialized tests like EEGs, providing crucial data for diagnosing neurological conditions. Every day you'll prepare patients, monitor neurological activity, manage equipment, and process data for physician review. To be successful in this role, you need strong technical skills, neuroanatomy knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. Compassionate care, attention to detail, and effective communication are paramount for accurate diagnoses.
+ Demonstrates ability to evaluate patients for neurologic and provide diagnostic testing.
+ Demonstrates the ability to check, troubleshoot, adjust/optimize technical settings on equipment.
+ Adequately provides patient instruction and education.
+ Answers telephone, checks voice mail, check messages, relay messages to physicians and other department personnel.
