Test Center Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Test Center Administrator to join our team in Taylorsville, Utah. This role involves creating a secure, organized environment for candidates taking exams, while ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. As this is a long-term contract position, flexibility and commitment to maintaining high standards are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome candidates to the testing center and confirm their identification before exams.
• Perform security checks, including the use of wands, to ensure a safe testing environment.
• Monitor examinees throughout their exams to maintain integrity and compliance.
• Address candidate concerns promptly and report any incidents that deviate from company policies.
• Ensure the secure handling and storage of all testing materials.
• Provide a fair and comfortable testing experience for all candidates.
• Represent the organization's values and uphold its mission in all interactions.
• Conduct fingerprint scanning and digital recording when applicable.
• Maintain the functionality of computers and equipment within the testing center.
