Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Network Technician you will provide computer and systems support for our growing customer base including troubleshooting and maintaining server and network infrastructure both remotely and onsite.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the networking platform: Router, L2/L3 switches, Firewall, VPNs Cisco style command line configuration DNS and DHCP servers Wireless technologies Spanning Tree, LLDP, LACP VOIP phone systems Troubleshoot network & system issues (Packet capture, event viewer, etc.) Monitor active network and server infrastructure Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches (MFA, RADIUS, email security, SSO, etc.) Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures Document all technical procedures and user guides

Salary Range:

$33.65+/hour

Qualifications:

Requirements What you will need to be successful in this role: Proven experience resolving escalated Tier 2-3 network and systems issues, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis Experience with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Point, OneDrive, Security/Compliance) Experience with Active Directory (User management, GPO, Security Policies, etc.) Experience with server virtualization (VMWare ESXi, vCenter, vSphere, Azure) Experience with Server/Network monitoring software Experience with Windows Server and Client Operating Systems Ability to prioritize and multitask Deadline and detail-oriented Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
