- ticket scanners, cash registers, computers, WiFi, cameras. When something breaks, you go fix it. If it\'s over your head, you call in backup and learn from it. No experience required. If you\'re the person friends call when their computer acts up, that\'s enough to start. We\'ll teach you the rest. What You\'ll Do
- Answer calls and messages when something isn\'t working
- Fix registers, ticket scanners, printers, and computers
- Set up new equipment and run cables
- Reset passwords and get people back into their accounts
- Check that cameras and displays are working
- Run remote health checks on our systems
- spot machines that go offline, run low on disk, or fail a backup, and chase them down
