• Answer calls and messages when something isn\'t working
• Fix registers, ticket scanners, printers, and computers
• Set up new equipment and run cables
• Reset passwords and get people back into their accounts
• Check that cameras and displays are working
• Run remote health checks on our systems
• spot machines that go offline, run low on disk, or fail a backup, and chase them down
