We are looking for a NOC Technician to support network operations and maintain reliable connectivity for critical systems in Somerset, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable monitoring infrastructure, addressing technical issues, and helping keep communications environments stable and efficient. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and familiarity with wireless and cable-related technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor network operations continuously and respond promptly to service interruptions, alarms, and performance concerns.
• Investigate technical issues affecting connectivity and work through root causes to restore normal system function.
• Support environments that rely on wireless communication protocols and personal area network technologies.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance activities for Windows-based utility tools, including Norton Utilities, as needed.
• Assist with installation, testing, and verification of cable assemblies to help ensure dependable hardware performance.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues clearly to support operational visibility and future problem prevention.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to escalate complex outages and track issues through completion.
