We are looking for a NOC Technician to support network operations and help maintain reliable system performance for a long-term contract opportunity in Somerset, New Jersey. Responsibilities:

• Monitor network and system activity to identify outages, performance concerns, and service disruptions in a timely manner.
• Investigate alerts and operational incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Support connectivity across wireless environments, including WAP and WPAN-related components, to help maintain dependable communications.
• Use diagnostic and maintenance utilities in Windows-based environments to assess system health and resolve technical problems.
• Assist with the setup, inspection, and validation of cable assemblies and related physical network connections.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues to improve visibility and support continuous operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to restore services quickly and minimize downtime for supported environments.
