A NOC Technician (Night Shift) holds the responsibility of working during the third shift. Their duties include attending to customer phone calls, managing customer support tickets, addressing customer concerns and finding solutions, providing timely and accurate feedback, monitoring the data center, and assisting in the resolution of facility-related issues. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
