POSITION SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION

Assists the IT Director through data support. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, repairs, and enhancements of all computer/processor driven equipment throughout the multi-environments of Gaming.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES

Installs, maintains, repairs and enhances computer equipment on an ongoing basis. Provides contingent field training based upon software support. Advises, counsels, provide analysis support and systems assessments to create enhancements for the maximization of systems. Performs preventative maintenance to systems on a daily basis or as required. Reviews and adheres to confidentiality concerning area of data deficiencies to recommend report data styles and standards to IT Director. Maintains Gaming's compliance standards while in sensitive areas of operation. Minimizes computer downtime by an approved process of a 7 day x 24 hour on call maintenance program subject to modification. Informs IT Director of significant problems or compromise system integrity, jeopardizing the achievement of objectives on line management level. Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole. Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training. Maintains confidentiality at all times. Is sensitive to Native American Culture. Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations. Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. Performs other duties as assigned.
