Mytech is looking for a Depot Technician to configure hardware for our clients and staff and oversee operations in our Depot. As a Depot Technician, you'll troubleshoot hardware issues and ensure our clients receive the best possible service. You'll also be responsible for logistical tasks, such as shipping and receiving hardware, and may be required to travel to client sites. This role requires an advanced knowledge of PCs, laptops, and tablets, as well as a high aptitude in PC deployment solutions. Key Responsibilities Maintaining a clean and well-organized Depot. Configuring computers, servers, and network equipment. Troubleshooting hardware issues. Shipping and receiving of all hardware Identify improvements associated with tools and techniques utilized by the depot. Owning and maintaining Mytech PC deployment solutions. Creating and maintaining Depot procedures and guidelines. Assist with fleet management; oversee vehicle assignments and ensure scheduled maintenance is being performed Maintaining inventory management for the MN branch. Ensuring documentation is current and created for all items associated with service requests. Performing other duties as assigned or required. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot various software applications. Ability to think logically in order to plan, test and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner. Ability to clearly organize and categorize work priorities to complete work. Requires the repeated and coordinated use of your hands, wrists, and fingers to use a computer keyboard, and other small handheld tools. Ability to effectively communicate technical information, both verbally and in writing, and to clients and/or internal staff. Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully.
