Job Description Assisting with initial device configurations under remote guidance Labeling, testing, and managing network and power cables to ensure proper connectivity and organization

• Performing basic troubleshooting, power cycling devices, and executing routine maintenance tasks on-site
• Verifying serial numbers, and taking digital photos of equipment for asset tracking purposes

• At least 1 year of experience working at a Datacenter as a smart hand or Metro Field Engineer
• Hands on experience with IT hardware or in fiber optics
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues as they arise
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA preferred
