This position focuses on troubleshooting technical issues of moderate complexity, supporting technology infrastructure projects, and assisting with network and technology assessments in public libraries. This technician will also support E-Rate Category 2 technology upgrades, assisting with network infrastructure deployments. The position requires familiarity with networking hardware, workstation deployment, and general IT infrastructure, and will work closely with MLC IT staff to implement technology projects, maintain documentation, and ensure reliable technology services for Mississippi libraries. What you'll need to be Successful A successful candidate is a team player, has a good attitude, is willing to learn and grow, have an attention to detail. Must be proficient in using Office 365 products.
