Our client, a leading organization in the technology support industry, is seeking a dedicated HP PC/Printer break/fix field Technician to join their team. As a Break Fix Hardware Technician, you will be part of the Service Support Department supporting a dynamic team of technical professionals.

$28 - $30 per hour What's the Job? Provide hardware support and repair services for PC products including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations. Configure hardware, software, and network components to resolve technical issues on-site. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems with printers and related peripherals, utilizing mechanical and technical skills. Manage critical service events efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Collaborate with escalation teams and technical personnel to develop effective action plans for remediation. What's Needed? Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools and alignment apparatus. Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues logically and systematically, including third-party software and network components. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially when interacting directly with customers on-site. Ability to prioritize multiple activities and adapt quickly to changing situations.
