VPN Full Job Description Description:
IT Technician Primary Purpose Provide comprehensive on-site technology support for all Recovery Centers of Montana (RCM) locations by maintaining computer systems, assisting employees with technical issues, deploying new equipment, supporting Microsoft 365 and clinical applications, and ensuring technology is reliable, secure, and available for daily operations. Primary Duties Provide first-level technical support to all employees. Set up computers, laptops, docking stations, monitors, phones, and printers. Image and deploy new computers. Configure Microsoft 365 accounts and devices. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding. Install software and security updates. Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, and printer issues. Maintain conference room technology and telehealth equipment. Perform routine maintenance and equipment replacements. Track IT assets and maintain inventory records. Coordinate with software and hardware vendors. Document work in the IT ticketing system. Travel to RCM facilities to provide on-site support. Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and employee security awareness. Support audiovisual equipment for trainings and meetings. Help maintain backup equipment and disaster recovery readiness. Management of Ubiquiti network gateway systems, switches and patch panels, and laboratory instruments. Qualifications Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred. 1-3 years of desktop or technical support experience. Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel between RCM locations. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Minimum Requirements:
Proficiency in software troubleshooting and network administration. Experience with Jira for issue tracking. Knowledge of GPO implementation. Strong IT support and desktop support skills. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Office applications and VPN technologies.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
