Do you tinker with every piece of technology you can get your hands on? Does the idea of helping build something new excite you? If so, we have a position just for you. We are looking for an IT Setup Technician who has in experience with technology environments perviously and wants to help support the systems and technology setups for small businesses. We are looking for someone who likes being part of a small laid back group excited to build something from the ground up. This is a fast paced role where you get to have personal relationships with coworkers and clients. Working with multiple clients helping setup systems for new employees, assist with computer migrations, and assist companies with off-boarding employees who are leaving.

This role will include:

• Setup access to systems, services and SAAS programs for new employees
• Setup for Apple and Windows workstations
• On site and remote help for new users
• Helping customers migrated from old computers to new
• Cutting access for employees leaving their current positions.

Job Requirements:

• Experiencing with Windows

OS 10, 11

• Experience with macOS
• Time and Deadline Management
• The ability to follow a task lists
• The ability to learn on the fly
• Basic experience with setup and support of Office 365 and G-Suite
• Basic Experience with remote management solutions
• Knowledge of Networking setup (wifi, VPN)
• A desire to help people
• Valid NC Drivers License Education /

Certification Requirements:

• An Associate's degree in a computer-related field is preferred.
