Responsibilities Device Deployment & Support:

Configure and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, and tablets.

Perpheral Management:

Install and troubleshoot printers and scanners.

Hardware Installation:

Perform basic installations of hardware components.

Software Support:

Install and support Microsoft Office / Office 365 applications.

Cable Management:

Maintain organized cable systems and clean network closets.

Rack & Cabinet Management:

Assist in deploying racks and cabinets.

System Updates:

Manually install service packs and updates.

Networking:

Execute copper/CAT6 cabling and terminations, assist with wireless setups. Must have field IT experience.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT preferred.

Experience:
