GENERAL SUMMARY
At the direction of the IT Desktop Support Supervisor, assist implementation, support, disposal and inventory of desktops and desktop software for Pinnacle Data Services and its affiliated banks.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Installs and supports Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Exchange and Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Windows updates and patches, including servers, personal computers, printers, and other LAN connected devices, both locally at PSC and remotely at all banks for the life span of the device. Provides phone support of the listed systems. This can vary from 7:00am to 6:00pm as needed. Tracks work in ticketing system. Work hours and days may vary. Techs may need to do updates during the late night / early morning hours, and on weekends. Techs will need to carry a cell phone to be contacted as needed. Regular and reliable attendance. Other duties as assigned by management.

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. Ability to assist others within the department. Skills in problem solving. Ability to make sound decisions using information at hand.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school graduate Prefer 1-2 years of previous computer technician experience or equivalent work experience preferred.

75-100% Must be able to read computer screens and reports

75-100% Must be able to communicate with customers and employees

PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry or otherwise move objects. Job involves sitting, walking and standing.
