Level 1 Technical Support Technician (Entry-Level / Career Start) All-Access Infotech | Service Desk |
Full-Time, On-Site Pay:
$20.00- $25.50 per hour, based on experience This position is on-site at our office. It is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. About the Role All-Access Infotech is looking for a Level 1 Technical Support Technician to join our Service Desk team

- Answer inbound support tickets and calls, and resolve common issues like password resets, printer problems, software installs, and basic connectivity troubleshooting
- Set up new workstations and support onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Document your work clearly and escalate more complex issues to Level 2 with good notes
- Learn our tools, procedures, and ticketing system, and build toward handling more on your own over time
- Build hands-on skills in Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and basic networking with guidance from senior technicians
- Provide friendly, patient support to end users, including people who aren't comfortable with technology What You Need
- A degree, coursework, or self-study in IT, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field
- OR hands-on personal experience with technology. We care about your foundation and attitude, not which path you took to get here
- A strong work ethic and reliability

- Comfortable with everyday technology and willing to learn systems you haven't used before
- Self-motivated
- you look things up, ask good questions, and take initiative instead of waiting to be told
- Clear, professional, and patient communication with people of all technical comfort levels
- Able to work on-site full-time

- Prior internship, help desk, or customer service experience
