Integration Specialist Overview:

WEI is your strategic IT partner delivering custom, innovative business technology solutions that deliver real business outcomes. The Integration Specialist position is vital to the overall success of WEI and its customers. You will be part of our hands-on team configuring servers, switches, appliances, network components, on-site installations in the Integration Lab and at client locations.Responsibilities :
Perform customer system builds. Custom configure out of the box servers. Installation of additional hardware and update firmwareRAID/BIOS/UEFI/OOB/OS
configurations Rack. cable and label servers and other related components in the Integration Lab and at client locations Respond to, triage, and resolve tech support requests. Perform OS installations with documentation. Test and verify hardware and support peripherals to ensure that they meet specifications and requirements by collecting and recording data. Participate in the on-call rotation schedule; be available for after hours and weekends. Respond to non-urgent support calls within 4 hours and urgent support calls within 15 minutes. Ability to travel with overnight stay. Update knowledge and skills to keep up with rapid advancements in computer technology. Maintain positive attitude when in the presence of customers and co-workers. Work independentlyRequirements or Required Skills/Abilities:
