MAJOR FUNCTION

Guidance and support to all internal and external customers forputer related issues.

MAJOR FUNCTION

Under general supervision; coordinate phone and voice mail telmunications services/repairs for Inspira users; serve as a liaison to all Inspira departments and vendors to provide support and expertise on allaspects of Inspira'smunication systems; administer voice mail and phone switch system;maintain accurate inventory and warranty information forputer equipment purchased; and perform related work as required.

UALIFICATION

Knowledge of PBX andputer systems to make required repairs, ensure performance and rmend improvementsKnowledge and observance of safety precautions Proficient in all first echelon repair and maintenance of Communication & Computer equipment and the ability to perform most second echelon repairsAbility to multi-task and meet time-sensitive deadlines Ability tomunicate effectively to users and vendorsGood oral and written expression Familiar with networking conceptsMust posses a valid Driver's License. When needed, must be available to all divisions A.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High school education or equivalent is required B.

Experience:

Some appropriate trade/technical/vocational training is desiredAt least 3 years of significant experience as amunication technician
