What You'll Do Follow step-by-step instructions to configure IT devices based on customer needs Unbox, kit, clean, inspect, test, and repackage equipment for deployment Ensure devices are functioning properly before shipment Work hands-on with laptops, desktops, and related IT equipment Escalate technical questions or issues to your supervisor Collaborate with teammates and participate in team meetings Share ideas to improve processes and efficiency Take on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role What Success Looks Like High-quality, accurate configurations completed on time Strong attention to detail and consistency Positive collaboration and willingness to learn Growing confidence and technical skills What We're Looking For You don't need to be an IT expert — we're looking for potential, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
