What You'll Do Follow step-by-step instructions to configure IT devices based on customer needs Unbox, kit, clean, inspect, test, and repackage equipment for deployment Ensure devices are functioning properly before shipment Work hands-on with laptops, desktops, and related IT equipment Escalate technical questions or issues to your supervisor Collaborate with teammates and participate in team meetings Share ideas to improve processes and efficiency Take on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role What Success Looks Like High-quality, accurate configurations completed on time Strong attention to detail and consistency Positive collaboration and willingness to learn Growing confidence and technical skills What We're Looking For You don't need to be an IT expert — we're looking for potential, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple simple tasks Team-first attitude with independent work capability Desire to learn and grow in the IT field Attention to detail and pride in quality work Qualifications Entry-level position — no certifications required Technical certifications are a plus but not mandatory Support provided to pursue relevant IT certifications within the first year Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required 1 year of related experience or relevant training preferred Valid Driver's License (fewer than 6 points to meet insurance requirements) Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 60 lbs Standing, bending, and transporting equipment about 50% of the time Use of basic hand tools Light cleaning and basic hardware assembly/disassembly Ability to work from a computer and follow instructions This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
