Job Description

Position Purpose The purpose of this position is to install all equipment necessary within a facility to operate through the Aries network. This will include but not limited to all hardware and software functionality. Position Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Director, Technology Services the Installation Technician are responsible for quality control, configuring, installing, removing, maintaining, reporting, delivering and monitoring all equipment involved. Specific Accountabilities 1. Must Configure equipment accordingly and complete Quality Assurance forms. Installation of equipment into facility. 2. Will be responsible for scanning and recording information into internal database for inventory management. 3. Will be responsible for vehicle load, equipment and inspections on vehicles during all operations. 4. Must maintain an upstanding relationship with all facilities. 5. Must be able to effectively communicate with facility staff, facility management, and customers. 6. Must be flexible for emergency situations, short notice tasks. 7. Will provide accurate and detailed reports to manager regarding all work (written and oral). 8. Will complete all necessary reports for expenses. 9. At times will be named lead tech for the task at hand, in such case the tech will be responsible for the entire installations process. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1. Must currently have and maintain a valid Driver's License and good driving record. 2. Must have working knowledge of Windows 98, NT, and XP. 3. Must be able to effectively troubleshoot (hardware & software). 4. Must have knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and cabling. 5. Must be able to travel for extended periods of time. 6. Must be able to lift, push or pull 80 pounds. 7. Must be able to work extended work shifts. 8. Must be able to maintain accurate reports for expenses and work accomplished. 9. Must be at least 21 years of age to meet Gaming Regulations. 10. Must be able to obtain and keep various required Gaming Licenses. Education and Experience 1.
