Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional who enjoys problem-solving, working outdoors, and supporting fast-paced production environments. Work Locations Key Responsibilities Provide onsite troubleshooting for hardware, software, and mobile devices Perform break/fix tasks and equipment setup Support applications used on cell phones and tablets by field staff Assist with basic networking issues and connectivity troubleshooting Install and configure access points (APs) and printers as needed Respond promptly to issues as they arise across ranch locations Manage daily ticket volume (typically 3 5; may increase to 15 30 during peak periods) Collaborate with a 6-person IT team and a 15-person 24/7 Help Desk Qualifications 1 2 years of IT support experience Strong understanding of PC hardware, mobile devices, and networking fundamentals Ability to work in fast-paced production or packing environments (experience is a plus) Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between sites Strong communication and customer-service skills Problem-solver with a hands-on, don t walk away from the issue mindset Professional attitude with respect for field operations and management
