Position Overview We are seeking an
- IT Deployment Technician
- to support hardware deployments, device installations, and end-user technology rollouts across multiple locations.
- Deploy, install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues during deployment and support activities.
- Configure and support Samsung hardware and operating systems.
- Perform workstation setups, device replacements, and technology refresh projects.
- Provide onsite technical support and assistance to end users during deployment initiatives.
- Test hardware and software functionality before and after deployment.
- Document deployment activities, asset information, and support requests.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams when necessary.
- Travel between client sites and locations to support deployment projects.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with users.
- Adhere to deployment procedures, project schedules, and company standards. Required Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- or• equivalent desktop support experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting computer hardware.
- Knowledge of Samsung hardware and operating systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to follow technical procedures and deployment documentation.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale hardware deployment projects.
- Desktop support or field service experience.
- Experience imaging and configuring endpoint devices.
- Familiarity with asset management and inventory tracking. Desired Skills

- This is a Contract position based out of Reading, PA.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
