What you'll do: As a Tier 2 Technician, you will work in a collaborative, team-driven environment delivering high-quality IT services to our clients. Handle advanced troubleshooting, support, and system implementations Travel to client sites to install, maintain, and support IT systems Assess client environments and identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Provide clear recommendations to improve system performance and reliability Own escalations and drive issues through to resolution Mentor and support Tier 1 technicians Communicate status clearly and escalate risks or concerns in real time Document work performed and align with company processes Support client adoption of solutions through training and guidance Participate in on-call rotation and team collaboration What you need: Prior experience in an MSP environment Local applicants ONLY - Must be able to commute to our offices in Springfield, Delaware County, PA. 3-5 years of hands-on IT support or systems experience Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
