Key Responsibilities First-Line Support:
Assist in providing initial tech support for our valued clients.
Troubleshooting:
Learn to diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
Network Administration:
Support our team in handling network tasks, with an emphasis on LAN troubleshooting.
Ticket Management:
Help respond to help desk tickets and escalate more complex issues when needed.
System Maintenance:
Assist in installing, managing, and servicing computer systems and peripherals.
Documentation:
Learn to document actions accurately using our standard systems (e.g., Datto, Autotask, ITGlue).
Effective Communication:
Develop skills in communicating clearly with both tech-savvy and non-tech colleagues and clients. What We're Looking For Eagerness to

A strong desire to develop your IT skills and grow within a supportive environment.
Foundational IT Knowledge:
Basic understanding of IT support concepts; prior help desk or support experience is a plus, but not required.
Problem-Solving Skills:
A natural aptitude for troubleshooting tech challenges.
Strong Communication:
Ability to convey ideas clearly and work well within a team.
Tech Curiosity:
Interest in modern tools and platforms such as Datto, Autotask, or ITGlue.
Reliable & Safe:
