Job Description

IT Deployment Technician - Nashville, Tennessee - Onsite The Client is seeking a detail-oriented IT Deployment Technician to deliver, install, configure, and support laptops and technology assets across TDOT locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and configure laptops, workstations, peripherals, and software. Maintain accurate equipment deployment and inventory records. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on-site and remotely. Provide professional customer service and communicate with end users and team members. Follow deployment safety procedures and maintain organized storage areas. Travel to TDOT sites across Tennessee; travel expenses reimbursed per state guidelines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus. Prior IT deployment, hardware installation, or related experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift/carry/push equipment up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
