Only Candidates Local to Reno, NV will be considered The Role MSP Technician II We're looking for a curious, tech-savvy individual who's hungry to learn, eager to help, and ready to jump into the dynamic world of managed IT services. Job description You'll assist with: Basic remote tech support for end users (password resets, adding printers, etc) Troubleshooting workstations, networks, and cloud systems Ticketing and documentation in tools like Autotask and IT Glue Supporting our senior techs with onboarding, patching, and monitoring tasks Running through SOPs and checklists (we'll train you) On-site client support as needed Ideal Candidate This is perfect for someone who is: Mid in their tech career Comfortable working with minimal supervision Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Tech-literate and willing to learn quickly Professional communication (phone, email, chat) Interested in cybersecurity, system admin, or other MSP paths Must be based in Reno, NV Willing to travel to clients as needed.
