The Role:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Mobile IT Support Technician for a dynamic, hybrid position. While this is primarily a field-based role—traveling directly from your home to various client offices across Phoenix and its surrounding suburbs—it also includes the flexibility of some remote work . Additionally, there is the potential for in-office work in the future as we explore expanding into a co-warehouse space. (
Note:
Reliable transportation is required for the field portion of this role, though a company vehicle is also available).
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive hardware and software support for desktops and servers. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot email clients (specifically Microsoft Outlook). Set up, manage, and troubleshoot networks (switches, routers, Wi-Fi, IP address schemes). Run, terminate, and manage all aspects of network, video, and audio cables. Configure and troubleshoot shared network resources and printers. Install miscellaneous hardware, manage driver support, and mount TVs/AV equipment.

A professional demeanor, great personality, and polished appearance. A flexible schedule (some weekend work will be required). Reliable transportation for significant driving around the Phoenix metro area.
Note:
We are willing to train the right candidate who has a 2-year degree or extensive field experience!
Ideal Technical Experience:
