Tech Support, Information Technology, CCNA We are hiring for an IT Network technician position! Location - Only candidates who are currently in Alaska will be considered. Must be within a 1-hour drive of Anchorage. Candidates must have internet and be able to work from home. These positions are full-time on a 6-month contract-to-hire at a great company. Competitive salary, but no benefits during the 6-month contract term. Schedules vary. Most positions are a 10-hour shift 4 days a week. It is open 24/7, so you should be willing to work the needed shifts. Candidates require a working knowledge of network systems, and you will be tested on skills. Must have Cisco CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent education, certification, or experience. Solid understanding of IP Networks and layers 1-3 Understanding the function of routers, firewalls, network protocols, etc. Knowledge of cable modems and Juniper is a plus Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently Requires valid driver's license and insurance Must pass a background check Please respond with a resume.
