Our team handles the complete end-to-end implementation—from hardware setup to software integration—with custom plans designed for maximum operational efficiency. Partnered with industry leaders, we deliver the tools businesses need to succeed. About the role We are seeking a bilingual (English/Mandarin speaker) POS Implementation Technicians to lead on-site rollouts of cloud-based point-of-sale and restaurant management systems across our partner network. You will specialize in either Toast or Square based on placement. This role will operate primarily on site across a wide range of restaurants, with occasional remote appointments. You'll become the go-to expert on your assigned POS platform features and functionality, overseeing network configuration, hardware installation, staff training, and go-live support to ensure seamless system rollouts. Key Responsibilities Network & Hardware Setup Conduct site surveys to assess the readiness of restaurant construction and cabling, and advise restaurant owners on what needs to get done before setup Establish an organized, isolated network for POS hardware and networking equipment Set up and configure hardware including terminals, printers, cash drawers, kitchen display screens, kiosks, handhelds, and wireless access points Complete and submit installation documentation promptly Client & Staff Training Guide restaurant owners and operators on optimizing system settings and features to fit their specific operational workflows and needs Train restaurant owners, operators, and managers on basic configuration and set up Conduct training on the POS for front of house staff, back of house staff, and management Go-Live Support & Onsite Support Provide support during initial rollout to answer questions, troubleshoot, and walk restaurant owners and operators through additional POS platform functionality Maintain communication with onboarding consultants and internal stakeholders Remain up to date on Toast or Square related updates and new features
Qualifications & Experience Restaurant Background:
Hands-on restaurant experience required; direct Toast or Square POS experience (admin, management, or front-end capacity) strongly preferred
Technical Skills:
Experience configuring Point of Sale (POS) systems, general IT/networking experience, or relevant certifications
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, adaptability, and a willingness to learn Ability to speak English and Mandarin language Requirements & Equipment Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for local travel Dedicated laptop and smartphone for on-site setup, communication, and reporting

Full-time (W2)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Day/Night shifts; 8-hour blocks) with weekend availability as needed
Availability:
Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
Location & Travel:
On-site across regional partner locations (Up to 75% local travel; occasional remote shifts)
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
$28- $30/hour (depending on partner placement; eligible for overtime pay where applicable)

120 hours annually
