This position is ideal for an IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills who is comfortable working across networks, servers, workstations, firewalls, and other business technology environments while providing excellent support to clients. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues involving systems, networks, servers, workstations, and peripherals. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network and server environments. Troubleshoot and support firewall configurations and connectivity issues. Set up and configure workstations, servers, peripherals, and related technology. Provide remote technical support using remote-management and support tools. Perform system updates, backups, configuration changes, and ongoing maintenance. Clearly explain technical issues and solutions to clients. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, configurations, and resolutions. Assist with managed IT services, VoIP systems, network cabling, and related technologies. Stay current with evolving technology and help identify better ways to support LiteFoot clients. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate has advanced troubleshooting experience across IT systems, networks, and peripherals and is comfortable working directly with clients. Experience with the following is preferred: Network and server administration Firewall configuration and troubleshooting Remote support tools Managed IT services VoIP systems Network cabling Workstation and server deployment Client communication and technical support Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+, CCNA, MCITP, or equivalent certifications/experience are preferred. Position Details This position is based at LiteFoot Technology's headquarters at 5901 Shallowford Rd., Suite 135, Chattanooga, TN 37421. The role is primarily remote-support focused but may require local travel to client locations. The Technician II position also participates in an on-call rotation, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
