Job Description
IMMEDIATE
opening for an Entry to Mid Level User Support Analyst (Help Desk) to join an Excellent Team culture! Will provide end user support for PC, server, network, applications, and hardware. Will configure, install, and support hardware and software. Work on moderately complex applications. Local travel required.Additionally:
- Assist in evaluating business problems and recommending vendor packages, and implements required software.
- Interact with various internal IT staff and external IT services to restore service and/or identify and correct problems.
- Assist in evaluating new hire's computing packages and equipment as well as implementing and testing prototypes.
- Install new hardware and maintain existing hardware.
- Consult with management and staff regarding PC and LAN systems and equipment problems or malfunctions and recommend solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- AS Degree in computer-related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years related technical support experience in HW and SW
- Experience working with LANs/WANs
- Driving record must meet company compliance IT Technical Support, Help Desk
