Network Technician II

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and chemical processing, is seeking a Network Technician II to join their team. As a Network Technician II, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support team supporting site infrastructure, network, AV, and server support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

$42/hr What's the Job? Troubleshoot and support network-related issues, collaborating with remote support analysts Deploy and configure new network infrastructure, including physical installation and cabling Coordinate with vendors for fiber and copper cable installation and troubleshooting Support wired, wireless, LAN, and WAN technologies to ensure reliable network connectivity Assist with project planning and execution for infrastructure upgrades and new implementations What's Needed? Experience in wired, wireless, LAN, and WAN network support Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently Effective communication skills, both oral and written Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus What's in it for me?
