Project Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support for the data center environment.

Conduct proactive data center walkthroughs and monitor for issues such as amber warning lights, elevated temperatures, or other equipment/environmental concerns.

Escort dispatched Dell Field Service Engineers (FSEs), as required.

Manage LOIS parts and inventory; training will be provided onsite.

Maintain accurate documentation, including server serial numbers, rack elevations, runbooks, and other environment details.

Coordinate with the customer on maintenance activities, including power, cooling, and containment wall maintenance.

Perform BIOS lifecycle management, user administration, patching, and related server maintenance activities.

Triage server issues with Dell Support and coordinate scheduling of FSE break/fix activities.

Perform server version updates and upgrades as directed by the customer team.

Onsite Requirement:

Resource must be onsite (Childress TX) 5 days per week with no exceptions .
