This position is well-suited for someone who is confident in their technical abilities, enjoys problem-solving, and is ready to mentor others. Compensation $65,000 - $85,000 base salary Performance incentives and advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities Resolve escalated technical issues across systems, networks, and cloud environments Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis Support and guide Level 1 technicians Assist with projects such as deployments, migrations, and security implementations Maintain high-quality documentation and system standards Communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams Technical Qualifications Strong experience with: Windows systems and advanced troubleshooting Microsoft 365 administration Networking fundamentals (firewalls, VLANs, routing concepts) Ability to work independently and manage complex issues Preferred experience with: Microsoft Intune Microsoft Defender Azure Active Directory NinjaRMM What Success Looks Like Complex issues are resolved thoroughly and efficiently Clear communication and documentation are maintained Level 1 technicians are supported and developed You contribute to improving overall service quality and standards Growth Path Senior Technician / Systems Engineer Project and infrastructure leadership roles

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
